1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The order was not delivered within the expected delivery timeline (excluding delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or courier issues)

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue may be required

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase
  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling
  • Digital products, downloadable materials, or customized/personalized items
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

To initiate a return or refund request:

If approved, return instructions will be provided.
